ABOUT INDUSTRIAL METAL CLEANING
We use a specialized combination of abrasive and burn off techniques, tailored to the requirements of each job. We also offer chemical processes and mechanical processing. While we would like to tell you more, our competition is eager to learn from us, and they will probably check in on our website from time to time.
We can tell you the process is not only the most efficient way to produce a clean, fresh part, it's also very cost effective, something our customers like very much. They're also happy to get rid of the mess that comes with doing their own cleaning, and appreciate our environmentally safe methods.
OUR SERVICES
For removing coating build up from racks, paint tooling, parts, carts, and fixtures.
Not only do we maintain paint tooling, we also design and build it! We can match existing racking, or work with you to design a fixture to meet your needs. Contact us for more information.
We use medias that are safe for our employees and efficient for processing any size job. Some of our blasting projects include very small parts that just need the sufrace abraded, large cooling pipes up to 20' long, and industrial catwalks to name a few. We even had a fishing boat in our blast room at one time!
We have washed everything from large quantities of small parts to single large parts and equipment. Give us a call for any cleaning job and we will be happy to work with you!
Our state-of-the-art vibratory deburring process not only takes off the sharp edges, it cleans, applies rust inhibitor, and dries parts before packaging.
We use shot blasting for several things. It may be for cleaning parts after heat treating, removing rust, knocking down burrs, or just evening out the surface appearance.
We use our large pickling tanks to remove rust, laser scale, weld scale, and other undesirable discolorations from steel products, as well as for brightening and cleaning tooling after thermal stripping.
TRANSPORTATION
Our trucks travel regularly in the Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, and Kalamazoo areas. We aren't a shipping company- we do it as a convenience to our customers. Because of that, we have the lowest shipping prices around.
